Tether Moon homes in Ladera Ranch’s Avendale Village consits of 112 housing units built by Centex Homes and opened in late 2001.  These homes come in four different floor plan options ranging in size from 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3 bathrooms, 1,959-2,428 square feet, and 2 car garages.  One of the floor plans includes a first floor bedroom and two of the floor plans include a loft.
