Roadmap planning
During this stage, we will walk you through all the steps of your transaction and how that fits within your timeline. We want you to be prepared and confident going into the buying process knowing upfront all the necessary steps to set the expectation and avoid any surprises that could derail your goals.
Execute & Monitor
This is the fun part. Based on the first two steps, we find properties that meet your criteria, go through the financials from a budget and potential return-on-equity, and go out and make offers.
