Visiting Open Houses
Visiting Open Houses is an opportunity to see a house before you start working with a Realtor, however, we carefully caution against being pulled into working with the listing agent as a dual-agency transaction does not mean your youre Realtor will have your best interest at heart, especially if they were working with the seller at first.
