Ladera Ranch Parks

Parks are abundant throughout Ladera Ranch and almost all residents are within walking distance of a park. The parks are extremely well maintained by the association and have green grass, blooming flowers, covered playgrounds, barbeques, benches, and more.

Bluff Top Park

Located at O’Neil and Winfield, this park has a great grassy area with a view, picnic tables, and barbeques.

Chapparal Park

Located at Flintridge Avenue and Sienna Parkway, this park features a tot lot, swing set, covered picnic area, two restrooms, and baseball and soccer fields.

Cox Sports Park

Located off Crown Valley Parkway at Cecil Pasture Road, this park features two lighted softball and baseball fields, one lighted soccer field, snack bar, restrooms, and picnic tables.

Eton Park

Located in the Wycliffe District at 28535 University Avenue, this park fearures a gazebo with two picnic tables, tot lot with swings, barbeque, and picnic table.

Exploration Park

Located in the Terramor neighborhood at the Central Paseo Trail near Citrus Street, this park features tot lot with swings and a rock climbing wall.

Founders Park

The largest park located in the heart of Ladera Ranch in the Avendale Village neighborhood at 28275 Avendale Blvd features over nine acres of soccer and baseball fieds, two sand volleyball courts, gazebo with picnic area, barbeques, restrooms, and two play areas with swings. Founders Park hosts the annual fourth of July fireworks, Oktoberfest, summer concerts with live music and much more.

Hilltop Park

This park features picnic tables and a playground located in the Flintridge Village at Weldon Heights and Wickford.

Linear Park

Located in the Wycliffe District on University Avenue, this park features a playground, barbeques, and picnic tables, two of which are under a gazebo.

Mission Hills Park

Located in the Covenant Hills neighborhood on Bell Pasture Road, the park features a playground, golf putting green, open grass area, and sitting areas with views.

Oso Grande Park

Located at Sienna Parkway and Covenant Hills Dr. this park features to tot lot play areas, baseball field, restrooms, and picnic area.

Poets Park

Located at Tuberose Street and Agapanthus in the Avendale Village neighborhood, this park features playground, gazebo with barbeque and two picnic tables. There is also a separate barbeque area and picnic table as well as a large grass area with a t-ball field.

Terramor Skate Park

Located at the corner of O’Neil Drive and Sienna Parkway, this park features skate board rails, bowls, and many obstacles as well as a large grass area outside. Parents just sign a waiver in order for their kids to ride their boards here.

Terramor Aquatics Park

Located at O’Neill and Sienna Parkway, this park features an 18 inch pool with a beach style entry, two story play structure with tons of water features, a gigantic bucket that fills and dumps water, restrooms, barbeques, and three reservable picnic areas. A Ladera Ranch access card is required and the water park is open in the spring through the summer with full time life guards.

Town Green

This parks is located at Main Street and Sienna Parkway and features a gazebo and covered area with three picnic tables. Farmers markets, food tasting, and many other events are held at this beautiful park.

Wagsdale Dog Park

Located at O’Neill and Cecil Pasture, this is the park for your dog to come play at as there is almost a one acre area for large dogs and a quarter acre area for small dogs. There is bench seating, shade structures, restrooms, and plenty of parking. There is a lower field behind the dog park where soccer games are held.
