Overview
Oak Knoll Village was the first village to be constructed as part of the Ladera Ranch master plan, is the only village to the north of Crown Valley Parkway, and consists of 10 builder tracts with a mix of single family homes and condos.
Oak Knoll Village is bordered by Crown Valley Parkway to the south and Antonio Parkway to the north. From interstate 5 heading east down Crown Valley, the first entrance to Oak Knoll Village is by turning left at O’Neil Drive, and the second entrance is turning left at the next light, Sienna Parkway. Coming down Antonio Parkway, the village is situated between Oso Parkway and Crown Valley Parkway at the cross street of Benjamin.
Real Estate in Oak Knoll Village is spread amongst 10 different builder tracts and ranges from starter condos with 2-3 bedrooms and 1,500-2,000 square feet up to large single family homes with over 3,500 square feet of living space and 5+ bedrooms. There are also starter homes in this village with 3-4 bedrooms and 1,600 to 2,000 square feet. Many of the larger homes sit on hillsides with canyon and valley views to the west.
