Ladera Ranch condos are spread throughout the various villages of the community and most are priced from the $400,000s to $900,000 for a high-end townhome in the Covenant Hills gated community.  Ladera Ranch condos offer 1,000 – 2,200 square feet, 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, 1-3 stories, 1-2 car garages, and all come with free internet as with all Ladera Ranch housing.   Each Ladera Ranch condo or townhome subdivision has its own homeowner association (HOA) with fees that average $150-$250 per month on average, which is in addition to the general Ladera Ranch HOA dues that cover community maintenance and grants you access to all Ladera Ranch facilities such as parks, pools, water park, trails, tennis courts, and more. 

Ladera Ranch condos were very thoughtfully planned and are some of the nicest in all of Orange County.  Many condos appear as single family units from the front of the home and have shared alley in the back where residents can access their garages.  Many of the units have only one common wall with other units and almost all of the condos have no one living above or below you.  There are also some condo and townhome developments where each unit is detached.  Some Ladera Ranch condos and townhomes feature a formal living room, dining room, great rooms, and/or open and spacious kitchens.  Many of the units feature granite counters, upgraded cabinets, wood floors, and all of the exteriors are very well maintained by the HOA.
