Location
Tustin is located in central Orange County and is surrounded by Irvine to the south and east, Santa Ana and Orange to the west, and North Tustin to the north. Tustin sits between Jamboree Parkway that turns into the 261 Toll Road and the 55 Freeway and crosses over Interstate 5. The community is also easily accessible via the 405 Freeway and heading east on Jamboree.

Tustin Ranch is fully developed and features the Tustin Ranch Golf Course at it’s center and the community has the convenience and amenities of schools, parks, shopping centers and more. Many homes have beautiful views of the golf course.
