Rancho Mission Viejo’s new development of Rienda will eventually offer over 7,000 homes with the first phase of nearly 700 homes featuring “attainable” properties. The community will feature amenties from pools, clubhouses, Ranch Camp, farm-to-table, parks and trails.
While the amenities are amazing within the community and the reason many people choose Rancho Mission Viejo over other communities, one of the great uknown secrets of is that it is surrounded by the Nature Reserve.
The Nature Reserve, just at the backdoor of Rienda, offers over 20,000 acres of preserved wildland where there are community events throughout every month to enjoy, preserve, and learn about this great place.
Click the Nature Reserve Calendar for a list of events if you are considering buying in the new development of Rienda in Rancho Mission Viejo or in the first two phases of Sendero and Esencia.
As a resident of Rancho Mission Viejo, the Nature Reserve is one of my favorite parts as I feel away from the crowded suburbs, out in nature, and best of all, it’s in my backyard.
