Evaluation, Research & Analysis

Our objective is to know what your dreams of real estate ownership are and the lifestyle that you envision within your home.  Our detailed evaluation of your must-have and nice-to-have that fits within your budget will allow us to do the proper research to present you with your opportunities in your desired market.



Roadmap planning

During this stage, we will walk you through all the steps of your transaction and how that fits within your timeline.   We want you to be prepared and confident going into the buying process knowing upfront all the necessary steps to set the expectation and avoid any surprises that could derail your goals.



Execute & Monitor

This is the fun part.  Based on the first two steps, we find properties that meet your criteria, go through the financials from a budget and potential return-on-equity, and go out and make offers.  Once an offer that is accepted, we monitor your transaction every step of the way with a detailed checklist shared with you so you know what steps are complete, open, and critical path to homeownership.
